Shipping & Cancellations information

Items are normally shipped within two to five working days from receipt of the order. You can specify the date for delivery within the comments field when ordering, but please allow time to process the order.

We will notify you by e-mail of the exact delivery date and again when the items are actually despatched. You can change the delivery date by e-mail if the one sent to you is unacceptable up to the point of despatch.

Within a 10 mile radius of the shop in Nantwich we deliver using our own vehicles and you can optionally pay by COD. For the rest of the mainland UK we ship by Overnight Courier in insulated containers filled with ice. We cannot ship goods outside of mainland UK.

You may cancel your order while it is still being processed, however the full cancellation provisions of the Distance Selling Regulations do not apply due to the perishable nature of the goods.

Please allow 2 days for delivery from the day of despatch if you believe your goods have gone astray. Also in the case of missing or incorrect items being delivered you must notify us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
